"Javelina Run", a western comedy, is a 19 minute proof of concept for a feature film.  Javelina Run has played over 20 festivals so far and received 24 awards. The film’s soundtrack has the honor of being selected for the 2020 Best Short Soundtracks album released by Movie Score Media. Lorelei Linklater (Boyhood) who played Horsefeathers and Wally Welch 
​(The Magnificent Seven) who played the bar keep, are on board for the feature as well as Eddie Steeples (My Name is Earl).

This is the first chapter in a collection of entertaining little tales from Javelina County all narrated by the town barkeep (think the Coen brothers, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, but each chapter will have same tone). The additional stories will follow new and inclusive characters as they weave their way through Javelina County and connect with the characters we’ve already met. The theme of the anthology is that the women are the ones in power in this old western town, turning the traditional “all white male western” on its head.
